Patrick Bauschke & Pearl
Community Champion & Clinic Representative
Patrick is a Kalamazoo native, a Marine, and the public face of Life Tails. He regularly visits our veterinary partners to ensure their needs are met. He also meets with and comforts families who've recently lost their precious pet. He and Pearl have been best friends since the day she was brought home. Her favorite thing is her tinsel ball and she loves waking Patrick up at 4am to play. If you see Patrick out and about, he love's to chat and listen to stories of your four legged fur kids.

Noe Giorgio, Gizmo, Misha, Array, & Prime
Clinic Services Specialist
Noe has a wonderful personality and thirst for life. He came to us from a local, well respected veterinary clinic and his knowledge of pets is a great asset to Life Tails. He and his partner, Amy, recently welcomed their first child, Bowie. They also have four fur kids to keep them occupied and smiling. Noe's interests include politics, especially grassroots campaigns, and adventurous cuisine. He thoroughly enjoys his conversations with everyone he meets and odds are he'll probably share a secret recipe or two that'll peak your imagination and tease your taste buds.
Sue Wunderlich & Birdie
Office Manager Extraordinaire
Sue's been a valued leader of our team for nearly 20 years. She's our office manager, our accountant, and keeps things running smoothly. Sue's an avid golfer and enjoys her league play each summer. Her partner, Margo, named their cat Birdie...not after golf however. At 10 years old, Birdie gets a bit of an attitude at times so they gave her the nickname Birtrude.

Joe Buysse & Trixie
Funeral Director
Joe is one of our funeral directors at Betzler Life Story Funeral Homes. He has a witty personality and is exceptional at serving families and going the extra mile. You may see him out and about walking Trixie through the neighborhoods in Portage, that is if Trixie isn't taking one of her many essential naps of the day.
Tami Penny & Bailey
Family Services
Tami recently completed her education to become a Licensed Funeral Director. You'll see her smiling face at funeral services, visitations, and around the office on the weekends. She also assists in writing the Life Tails for each pet and has a wonderful knack for weaving your favorite memories into an uplifting story. Her passion for caring for families shines through as she sincerely gets to know you and your pet.
